About This Role

We're looking for a NetSuite Project Manager to drive successful delivery of NetSuite implementations for construction clients. You'll own the project lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring our BlueCollar Projects platform is deployed on time and within scope.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects for construction clients
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Coordinate between implementation consultants, developers, and client stakeholders
• Conduct project kickoffs, status meetings, and steering committee updates
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve blockers proactively
• Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables against plan
• Ensure successful go-live and smooth transition to customer success team
• Develop and refine project management processes and templates

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of project management experience delivering ERP or enterprise software implementations
• Strong understanding of NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
• Experience managing projects in the construction, field service, or manufacturing industry
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation
• Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field

Nice to Have

• PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification
• NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator certification
• Experience with AIA billing, WIP reporting, or construction accounting workflows
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall hybrid delivery methodologies
