BlueCollar Financial Operations Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 19, 2026
Who we are and what this policy covers
This policy explains how BlueCollar Financial Operations, LLC (“BFO,” “we,” “us”) and its affiliate BlueCollar Cloud Solutions collect, use, and share personal information. It applies to:
- bluecollar.cloud/financial-operations and related landing pages
- Forms, scheduling links, and Construction Financial Diagnostic requests submitted through those pages
- Our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and other ad networks
- The BFO Ads Agent application, which connects to Meta’s Marketing API to manage our own advertising campaigns
BFO provides outsourced financial operations services to construction contractors. This policy covers our website and marketing activity. Client engagements are governed by the master services agreement and statement of work signed with each client.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: name, company, job title, email address, and phone number
- Business details you share when requesting a diagnostic, such as revenue range, number of active projects, and the accounting systems you use today
- Anything you include in messages, scheduling notes, or documents you choose to send us
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, and the pages you view
- Referring URLs and ad campaign identifiers that tell us which ad brought you to our site
- Cookies and similar technologies, described in the advertising section below
Information from Meta
- When you interact with our ads, Meta provides aggregated performance data such as impressions, clicks, and conversions. Meta does not share your name or profile with us unless you submit a Meta lead form.
- If you submit a Meta lead form, we receive the information you entered in that form.
- Through the BFO Ads Agent application, we access only our own Meta business assets: ad accounts, campaigns, audiences, and performance metrics. The application does not access the personal profiles or data of people who see or click our ads.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule and deliver the Construction Financial Diagnostic
- Send you information about BFO services, including follow-up emails after a diagnostic request
- Run, measure, and improve our advertising, including building audiences on Meta
- Understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it
- Protect our site, detect fraud, and meet our legal obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Advertising, cookies, and the Meta Pixel
We use cookies and similar technologies on our site, including the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API. These tools record actions such as page views, form submissions, and bookings and send them to Meta so we can measure whether our ads work and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.
Meta may combine this information with your Facebook or Instagram account under Meta’s own privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy. We may also use analytics tools to measure site traffic.
You can control these tools in the following ways:
- Adjust your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences
- Block or delete cookies through your browser settings
- Opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info
Blocking cookies may limit some site features, such as scheduling.
Meta Platform data and the BFO Ads Agent application
The BFO Ads Agent is an internal application operated by BlueCollar Cloud Solutions. It uses Facebook Login for Business and the Meta Marketing API to create, manage, and report on advertising campaigns for business accounts we own or administer.
- The application accesses only our own Meta business assets: ad accounts, pages, campaigns, custom audiences, and performance metrics.
- Data retrieved through the application is used solely to manage, measure, and optimize our advertising.
- We do not use Platform data to build profiles of individuals, sell it, or share it with third parties other than service providers who help us operate the application.
- Access to the application is limited to authorized BlueCollar personnel. Access tokens are stored securely and revoked when no longer needed.
- We handle Platform data in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies and will delete it when it is no longer needed or when Meta or the account owner requests deletion.
How we share information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, CRM and database tools, email delivery, scheduling, video conferencing, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising platforms, including Meta, for ad measurement and audience building as described above.
- Affiliates. BlueCollar Financial Operations, LLC and BlueCollar Cloud Solutions share information with each other to deliver and market our services.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others.
- Business transfers. If we sell, merge, or transfer all or part of our business, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Lead and inquiry records are kept for up to three years from your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law or you become a client. Ad performance data is kept in aggregate for reporting.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
You can:
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email or by contacting us
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information
- Control cookies and ad personalization as described in the advertising section
Residents of California and certain other states have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@bluecollar.cloud. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Data deletion requests
To request deletion of any data we hold about you, including data received through Meta lead forms or the BFO Ads Agent application:
- Email privacy@bluecollar.cloud with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”
- Include the name and email address (or Facebook account name) you used when interacting with us
- We will confirm receipt, delete the information from our systems and those of our service providers, and send you a confirmation within 30 days
If you authorized the BFO Ads Agent through Facebook Login, you can also remove it at any time under Facebook Settings, then Business Integrations. Removing the app revokes our access to your Meta account; email us to have any previously retrieved data deleted.
Children’s privacy, changes, and contact
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be posted on this page.
